When can I expect my order?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace link to follow your package.
Can I track my order (Track & Trace)?
Yes, you will always receive a Track & Trace link once your order has been shipped. For deliveries within the Netherlands, we use PostNL, and for Belgium, we ship via Bpost.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
During busy periods, delivery may be slightly delayed. Of course, we do everything we can to deliver within the stated delivery time. During this period, keep a close eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date status of your order.
The Track & Trace shows no information. What now?
Once you’ve received a shipping confirmation, your package is indeed on its way. It may take some time before the Track & Trace information becomes visible, as it only updates after the package has been scanned at the sorting center.
I want to return my order. What now?

How does the return process work exactly?
Want to return something? First, contact us at support@nostalgiclab.com to request a return form. Return shipping is at your own expense and must include a Track & Trace code. Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
How long does it take to get my money back after a return?
Once we have received your return in good condition, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
What should I do if I received the wrong or a damaged product?
In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nostalgiclab.com. Include your order number and attach clear photos or videos of the product and the packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and carefully for you.
