This website is operated by Nostalgic Lab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nostalgic Lab. Nostalgic Lab offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available on it, to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms and policies referenced by hyperlink. These terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to visitors, customers, suppliers, and anyone who uses our products or services.
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.
1. Applicability
1.1 These terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements made through Nostalgic Lab’s webshop or other digital channels.
1.2 Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
1.3 If any provision is found invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
2. Offer and Agreement
2.1 The offer includes a clear description of the product. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Nostalgic Lab.
2.2 An agreement is concluded once the customer has placed an order and payment has been successfully completed.
3. Prices and VAT Reverse Charge
3.1 Nostalgic Lab applies VAT reverse charge to all purchases. This means no VAT is charged on the invoice.
3.2 The VAT is fully shifted to the buyer, who is responsible for proper tax reporting. This applies to both private and business customers.
3.3 All prices displayed on the website are final prices without VAT calculation.
3.4 By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts this fiscal arrangement and acknowledges that Nostalgic Lab does not remit VAT on the stated amounts.
4. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
4.1 The customer can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours by emailing support@nostalgiclab.com with the order number.
4.2 Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
4.3 After shipment, only the right of withdrawal as described in Article 6 applies.
5. Processing and Delivery
5.1 Orders are typically processed within a maximum of two business days.
5.2 The average delivery time is 3–7 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 7–10 business days for international orders.
5.3 Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or external circumstances.
5.4 Tracking information becomes visible once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
5.5 The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day of receipt.
6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear statement by email to support@nostalgiclab.com.
6.3 Return costs and shipping risks are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
6.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
6.5 Any reduction in value due to use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Return and Exchange Conditions
7.1 The product must be complete, functional, and undamaged upon return.
7.2 Original packaging is recommended for protection but not required.
7.3 Returns without shipping proof or Track & Trace cannot be guaranteed.
8. Warranty and Conformity
8.1 Nostalgic Lab guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable expectations within the retro and refurbished electronics category.
8.2 Wear due to age or minor cosmetic imperfections is not covered by warranty.
8.3 Damage caused by misuse, modification, water, dropping, or incorrect installation is excluded from warranty coverage.
9. Liability
9.1 Nostalgic Lab is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or lost profits.
9.2 Liability is limited to the amount of the customer’s order.
9.3 This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 In cases of force majeure, Nostalgic Lab may suspend obligations or dissolve the agreement without liability.
11. Privacy and Cookies
11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Customers can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.
