Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receives the product.
1.3 If you have ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last product.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement within the withdrawal period by email to support@nostalgiclab.com, informing us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. Always include your order number.
2.2 After receiving your message, we will send you a return form and return instructions by email.
2.3 You must return or hand over the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

3. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

3.1 The product must be unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
3.2 All included accessories, such as cables, cards, and documentation, must be returned.
3.3 The return shipment must include a fully completed return form.
3.4 You must use a Track & Trace code for the return. Without proof of shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.
3.5 The costs and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Keep your proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.
3.6 Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or result in a deduction for depreciation from the refund amount.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal and Refunds

4.1 If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made for the product as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 business days after we have received the product or you have provided proof of return — whichever occurs first.
4.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
4.3 If you have used or handled the product more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products custom-made or clearly personalized for the customer.
5.2 The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed audio or video recordings and sealed software once the seal has been broken after delivery.
5.3 The right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content not supplied on a physical medium if execution has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
5.4 Products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seals have been broken after delivery are also excluded.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Exchanges are possible within the same period and under the same conditions as returns.
6.2 When notifying us of your withdrawal, indicate that you wish to exchange the product and specify which item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Return Address and Contact

7.1 Only use the return instructions and address confirmed in our email. Unstamped or unauthorized returns may be refused.
