How do I save my progress with the Infinity Console?
While playing, press SELECT + X or L3 + R3 at the same time to open the Save/Load menu.
Choose “Save State” to save your progress. Later, you can select “Load State” in the same menu to continue playing.
When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 5 to 8 business days under normal circumstances.
In rare cases, such as customs delays, delivery may take up to 10 days.
Please note that tracking updates can take up to a week to appear.
The day before delivery, you’ll receive an email with all shipping details.
In that email, you can also update your address if needed — make sure to keep an eye on it.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace number to follow your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.
The expected delivery time has passed — where is my order?
Your package must first be scanned at the sorting center. Once this happens, tracking information will appear.
This process can take a few days. Until then, your order will only show as electronically registered, which doesn’t mean it has already been shipped.
The average delivery time remains 5 to 8 business days, and we aim to deliver 98% of all orders within that timeframe.
In rare cases, delays can occur. If so, we’ll inform you by email with an updated delivery estimate.
The Track & Trace shows no information — what now?
Tracking information becomes available once the carrier has processed the package.
This usually happens within 2 days after shipment.
In some cases, it may take a little longer due to delivery service delays.
We understand how important it is to track your order and do our best to make this information available as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?
Good news — we offer free shipping on all our products.
You don’t have to worry about any extra fees — we cover the shipping costs for you.
Where can I find my order number?
After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with your unique order number (a four-digit code, e.g., #1234).
If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder — sometimes the email ends up there.

I want to return my order — what now?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem — returns are easy.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Simply send an email to support@nostalgiclab.nl, and we’ll send you the return form along with further instructions.
Return conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be complete.
The product must show no signs of use.
If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or visibly used, the refund amount may be adjusted.
Important information about returns:
Always use a Track & Trace number when returning your item. You, as the sender, are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received.
Please note that return shipping costs and shipping risks are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) in good condition, we’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your account.
