We want you to be happy with your purchase. Not satisfied with your order? You can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  • The product must be unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

  • All included accessories (such as cables, cards, etc.) must be returned.

  • The return shipment must include a fully completed return form.

  • A Track & Trace code must be used for the return. Without proof of shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.

  • The costs and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
